1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your service request. Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Any cancellation requests received after this timeframe may be subject to a minimal service charge.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

• The technician fails to reach the location within the agreed time slot.
• The service was not completed due to unforeseen issues from our end.
• You were charged incorrectly or overbilled due to a system error.

Note: Refunds will not be provided for successfully completed services.

3. Refund Request & Processing

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

• The technician arrives on time, but the service is refused by the customer.
• The issue was resolved, but a new/different problem appeared later.
• Incorrect information was provided during the booking process.
• The customer changes their mind after the service has begun.
